The Ports Retirement Plan Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) dated 15 December 2025 is the latest information and application form for new members. Employees who join the Ports Retirement Plan within six months of starting employment are automatically entitled to the Plan’s insurance cover (refer page 6 to 8).
